Fall in love with the Plitvice Lakes, a natural sanctuary where water and forest have been in dialogue for thousands of years. The day begins in the morning, when we will pick you up for the transfer to one of Europe’s most beautiful landscapes. As the journey unfolds, you will feel everyday life slowly fade away.
Upon arrival, the guide welcomes you and, with the help of a map, introduces you to the history of the park, protected by UNESCO for its sixteen cascading lakes and its travertine formations, which continue to grow today thanks to the living water. A curious fact: the turquoise and emerald colors change with the light, the minerals, and the time of day, as if the landscape itself were breathing.
Throughout the morning and part of the afternoon, you will enjoy a self-guided excursion lasting approximately four hours. You will walk along wooden walkways suspended above the water, a design created to protect this virgin forest while allowing an intimate connection with nature.
At the end of the afternoon, after meeting again at the agreed point, you will begin the return transfer, arriving at your accommodation between 6:00 and 8:00 pm.
