We will embark on a fascinating journey through Morocco’s rich history and spirituality, exploring some of the country’s most remarkable landmarks. Our first stop will be the sacred town of Moulay Idriss, one of Morocco’s most important religious destinations, where we will admire its traditional charm, whitewashed houses spread across the hills, and the peaceful atmosphere that defines this spiritual center for Moroccan Muslims.
We will then continue to Volubilis, one of the best-preserved Roman archaeological sites in North Africa and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. As we stroll through its ancient streets, impressive columns, and beautifully preserved mosaics, we will discover the remains of a once-thriving Roman city that played a key role in the region’s history.
Later, we will arrive in Meknes, the third Imperial City of Morocco, renowned for its grand historical heritage and monumental architecture. We will explore its ancient walls, majestic gates, and charming corners that reflect the splendor of the era of Sultan Moulay Ismail. This elegant city perfectly blends authentic Moroccan culture with a fascinating imperial legacy that continues to captivate visitors from around the world.
After a day immersed in history, culture, and breathtaking scenery, we will begin our return journey to Fez, enjoying the changing landscapes of the Moroccan countryside along the way.
