      Hotel pickup

      The tour includes pick-up and drop off from/to the majority of the hotels in Marrakech (outside of the Medina area). Upon reservation, we will advise you about the pick up time from your hotel or the closest pickup point.

      Note: If your accommodation is located inside the medina, the meeting point will be the Cafe de France Restaurant in Jamaa el Fna square.

      Excursion Itinerary: Camel adventure in marrakech

      At the scheduled time, our vehicle will pick you up at your hotel and will start the excursion to the Palm Grove in Marrakech. This "oasis of palm trees" has more than 100,000 palm trees dating back to Almoravid times. Today it is the residence of the international jet set, and where you can find the best golf courses in Africa. History tells that Sultan Yaqub al-Mansur, founder of Marrakech, saw the potential of this place after his journey through the Atlas Mountains, and among other things, he ordered the construction of an underground water irrigation system called khetara, and to this is due the leafiness and splendor of this place.

      Upon arrival at El Palmeral, our team will offer you the traditional clothing of the Tuareg nomads, the ideal clothing to protect yourself from the sun, and then the one-hour camel journey will begin, in which you will cross desert areas, dry rivers and local villages. There will also be time for a complimentary mint tea.

      At the end of the excursion, you will be transfered back to your hotel.
