    Your visit to the Hammam is available from the opening time, at 06:00 until 19:00 hours, when it closes its doors.

    Is the Hammam mixed?

    Yes, it is. But it has exclusive areas for men and women. The optional services of massages, treatments, etc. are always provided by staff of the same sex.

    Do you suggest bringing something?

    The service offered by Greca includes everything described in the "included" section, which is enough to enjoy the experience comfortably. Those who wish, can bring their own swimsuit and make use of it.

    Is it safe to leave valuables or personal items?

    Yes, it is. Greca Travel includes access to a personal changing room by reservation, of which you or your companion must have the only available key.

    Commissioned in 1584 by the esteemed Afife Nurbanu Sultan, the Çemberlitaş Hammam is a stunning example of Ottoman architecture and a cherished symbol of Istanbul’s rich heritage. This iconic Turkish bath has been a gathering place for centuries, offering a timeless ritual of relaxation and rejuvenation.

    Upon arrival, you’ll be guided to a private changing area. Wrapped in a traditional peştamal, you’ll lock your belongings and step into the serene hot room. In this tranquil space, with its shimmering light and central heated marble platform (göbek taşı), you’ll rest and sweat, letting the steam awaken your senses and prepare you for the cleansing ritual ahead.

    After relaxing, you’ll bathe at the marble basins, using traditional copper bowls and the beautifully scented soaps unique to Çemberlitaş Hammamı.
