    Excursion Itinerary: Vatican museums and st peter's basilica

    At the appointed time, we will meet at the meeting point to begin the tour.

    In groups of up to 15 people, we will enjoy the best of the Vatican collection: the Gallery of Tapestries, with works designed by the genius Raffaello Sanzio and other Belgian master tapestry makers, the luxurious Gallery of Geographical Maps, the impressive Sistine Chapel with its famous frescoed ceiling, and the Borgia Apartments.

    After the Vatican Museums, the tour will continue directly to St. Peter's Basilica, the largest church in the world and symbol of the Catholic religion, with iconic masterpieces such as Michelangelo's Pieta and Bernini's massive Baldacchino. In case St. Peter's Basilica is closed, the tour includes a visit to the Raphael Rooms.

    The tour ends in the suggestive St. Peter's Square, dominated by Michelangelo's imposing Dome, surrounded by Bernini's famous double colonnade.

    Greca Tip: Remember that to enter the Sistine Chapel and the Vatican Museums, it is necessary to dress appropriately. Avoid sleeveless garments, low-cut necklines, shorts, miniskirts, and caps.
